George and George F. Slavin. The film is a comedy with science-fiction elements. When I see the first pic,the movie poster you posted I can see that its definitely Klatuus helmet and likely paired with a destination moon type suit air tanks and chest controller. And now for some trivia:The toy suit helmet that the boy is seen wearing also pops up in the 1953 movie robot monster which also has an appearance by one of the paper mache helmets from radar men from the moon only this time stuck onto the body of a gorilla suit the titular robot monster or ro-man.The odd looking car in the second pic is a 1954 Kaiser Darrin
