Well that's because these were originally seen a couple of years earlier in Defying Gravity (2009)

And here were we thinking that spacesuit recycling was a 70's thing.  How fantastically old fashioned of them

Oh and three more of the same suit pop up again the following year in the Season 5 episode; Lost.

Defying Gravity was set in the year 2052 and followed the lives of 8 astronauts on a six year mission through the solar system.  Which is interesting enough as a premise until you find out the show was pitched to the networks as Grey's Anatomy in space and that their mission was being monitored from Earth via a real time communications.  The later allowing the shows makers to give it a cheap to produce mockumentry feel as we follow the ongoing lives and relationships of the 4 men and 4 women crew.  Sound dreadful doesn't it!  Which is perhaps why it ran for just 13 episodes before being cancelled.
