I`ve just realised you dont have a pic of sean connery as 007 in his spacesuit from You only live twice. https://www.thejamesbonddossier.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/cover-450x637.jpg https://assets.catawiki.nl/assets/2018/1/14/0/5/8/058065ca-f921-11e7-9a4a-1ffdc39dadab.jpg https://assets.catawiki.nl/assets/2018/1/13/f/a/6/fa601b5c-d0e3-4992-9ef2-65c51019c614.jpg https://assets.catawiki.nl/assets/2017/9/18/0/1/8/0181b378-9c85-11e7-9383-a21a6a576e7c.jpg
I was finally able to track down a pic of the spacesuits from the 1987 tv movie version of The Man Who Fell To Earth, interestingly the film stars 2 star trek actors, will wheaton and robert picardo. The films plot is rather like the 70s one except that this alien becomes a yuppie thanks to reaganomics and trickle down theory, also shoulder pads...it is a late 80s movie. The suits are your usual silver bake-o-foil with a crash helmet affair, but since the 70s original didnt have any spacesuits to speak of,this is all thats on offer. https://coolcatdaddy.files.wordpress.com/2010/07/the-man-who-fell-to-earth.jpg https://i.digiguide.tv/up/1302/620831-TheManWh-13614585347.35.jpg
I found a weird one for ya. This is a sketch from the old SCTV program (one of my favorite shows when I was a kid...I was a weird kid). It's about NASA mounting a production of "Murder in the Cathedral" on Broadway. Like many of their sketches it's an odd concept and more consistently amusing than laugh-out-loud funny, but that was their forte. The knock-off NASA suits aren't bad and I'm sure with the miniscule budget this show had they must have gotten them elsewhere. Perhaps you've seen them before!
Thats a new one,I`ve never seen those before. Not to mention that they certainly look a bit better than the usual crash helmet one has come to expect from this sort of very low budget/do-it-yourself type props.
Just caught the advert for brad pits latest flick titled Ad Astra, and yes its got spacesuits in it. If you havent seen it check out this sequence. https://youtu.be/nxi6rtBtBM0?t=46
