That looks like a Saturn V first stage in the background. The unsightly girders on the front are to keep the structure from collapsing under its own weight; the Saturn V wasn't designed to lie down. If it were a mockup, that would probably be inside the vehicle, so I think it's real.
There are three Saturn Vs on display, in Houston, Huntsville, and Cape Canaveral. They're all inside shelters now, but that wasn't always the case.
My first guess would be photo op for beauty contestant at Huntsville.
