El caballero del dragón is a Spanish film from 1985 directed by Fernando Colomo and starring Klaus Kinski. It's also known as The Knight of the Dragon andStar Knight.
In it a knight sets out to rescue a princess from a dragon, but the dragon turns out to really be an alien spacecraft. Which all sounds quite interesting.
