Coming to BBC TV this very Saturday; Doctor Who - Kill the Moon.
Back in July I showed some behind the scenes images from the filming of this story which was at the time; title unknown. There's a couple of trailers online now which suggest that this episode is going to keep up what's turning out to be an absolute stellar season.

Space Wars: Fact and Fiction (1980) part 4
I think I've found the name of the artist responsible for this...
Which appeared on the inside cover of this...
along with a smattering of other illustrations by the same chap. I believe that to be one; Wilfred Hardy.

Fantastic Four (1994)
Roger Corman's unreleased super hero movie based on the Marvel Comics characters. It's part stinker and part valiant attempt. Ultimately its a big old fail but then I'd argue that the two later versions don't quite hit the spot either. We'll probably get a reboot sometime soon but until then let us feast upon four fantastic shiny space suits... that look a lot like fire safety outfits to me.

Kadoyng (1972) Part 3
I don't do adverts as a rule however being as the last time I posted about Kadoyng I mentioned that the BFI were dipping into the CFF back catalogue and hopped they would include this film in a future release, it seems churlish not to inform you all that they now have done just that.
Available from all the usual places from tomorrow (22/9/2014) and of interest to gentleman, and possibly ladies, of a certain age, I present the cover art for the Children's Film Foundation Collection: Outer Space DVD.
Groovy!

Land of the Lost (2009)
Land of the Lost is a 2009 science fiction comedy film loosely based on the 1974 Sid and Marty Krofft TV series of the same name.
I've never seen it so I can't comment. Almost certain the original TV series never made it over to Blighty either. Anyone care to comment a thought or two.Steve
Hold On! (1966)
Hold On! is a 1966 musical film featuring performances by Herman's Hermits and stars the band as fictionalised versions of themselves.
It suck big time apparently with the band being the best thing about it....if you like that kind of thing
